From a young age, I dreamed of working with animals. I began my journey studying for a BSc with the hope of becoming a veterinarian. Although I didn’t get into veterinary school, I completed my BSc and went on to earn my Honours in Wildlife Management.

Finding a stable position in my field proved challenging, so I took on various roles from reception work to dog training, while staying connected to animals wherever I could. My love for dogs led me to complete a course in dog grooming, which I continued part-time while pursuing my diploma in Veterinary Nursing.

After qualifying, I gained valuable experience at several respected practices, including Johannesburg Specialist, Fourways Veterinary Hospital, Lammermoor Vet, Radiokop Vet, and now Palm Gardens Vet. Throughout this time, I continued grooming dogs on the side, combining my medical knowledge with my grooming skills to help pets feel and look their best.

Today, I’m proud to have fulfilled my dream of opening my own veterinary nursing facility and dog grooming parlour. Nestled in the scenic plot lands of Farmall, just a stone’s throw from Fourways, Kya Sands, and Muldersdrift, my facility is a place where pets receive gentle, expert care in a calm, welcoming environment.

Caring for animals isn’t just my profession, it’s my passion. Whether your furry friend needs a groom, a bit of TLC, or special nursing care, I’m here to make them feel as wonderful as they look.
